If you can't proceed to upgrade your Prota to the latest version, there might be 2 reasons:

1. You didn't use a proper access link

Please check your home screen's top right corner.
If you don't see "Share" icon, you are currently accessing to Prota using the invitation link.

In this case, you can't update your Prota or download/delete the apps.
You can find details about the difference between the original and invitation access links here.

If you want to upgrade your Prota, please check your inbox and find the original access link that was sent to you during the first time configuration.

2. Failed to upgrade due to a network issue

If you have received this pop-up, the network connected to Prota might be unstable.
In this case, please refresh the mobile app or web browser and try to access Prota again.


If it still doesn't work, please contact our Support Team and include your Prota's access link and ID.
