Several reasons can explain why MicroBot Alert is not updating. While updating your MicroBot:

1. Do not exit the MicroBot Alert app.
If you exit the app, you will need to start again the updating process.


2. Make sure that you have a stable connection to your MicroBot during the update. 

  • Your MicroBot Alert must be connected to your phone, Soft Hub or MicroBot Hub (via Bluetooth).
  • Your phone, Soft Hub or MicroBot Hub must be connected to the Internet.
